Zemparant LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Us,” “Zemparant”) is committed to the security of the personal data we collect through the Tipswe mobile application (“Application,” “Tipswe”,”App”). This Privacy Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States of America. Users agree that in the event of any dispute, the courts and jurisdiction of the State of Wyoming shall have jurisdiction. In addition, in the event of a legal dispute, we may use alternative dispute resolution methods (such as mediation, conciliation).

13.Modifications
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When any changes are made, they will be published on this page and users will be informed. Changes will be effective as of their publication.
